We have the experience you want in the art of purse making and are here to help you and answer any questions you might have. We stand behind our products 100%. Shipments: Domestic and International Orders are shipped within 24 hours of your purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). By default we ship using USPS mail 1st class 3-5 days or Priority 2-3 days, depending on package weight. Express mail is available at an additional charge. You may select this option in checkout. EXCHANGES: If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipment or discover a manufacturer's defect we want to know about it. We will replace the damaged or defective items with a like item at no cost to you. We will pay return shipping in the event of a damaged or defective item. If you need to process an exchange please contact us at Returns@AmericanPurseSupplies.com for instructions. To Exchange unused and undamaged items for items in another style please contact us. We will happily exchange them for you. We will notify you of the shipping fees or any price differences involved with your exchange. RETURNS: Returns of unused and non-damaged items in original packaging are accepted within 30 days of the date you receive your order. You will receive a refund within 48 hours of your return being received. Shipping fees cannot be refunded. Returned items will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
